(I like to use winrar, there are free trials online) Once all of these steps are done, download the mod. Thankfully, the hundreds of mods available make The Sims 4 much more interesting than it actually is.
(Not packages, when you open the Mods folder you should see packages, and under it resource.cfg) As The Sims 5 continues to be a strong rumor now that Discover University is out, its might feel difficult to return to The Sims 4 with how much promise the next game might hold. Once those folders are created you will need Resource.cfg in the Mods folder.
SIMS 3 MASTER CONTROLLER MOD INSTALL INSTALL
This is where you want your master controller (NRAAS) to go. You have to install your mod Framework setup into the Sims 3 game folder so that you will be able to use Master Controller.2. First, go into your documents>electronic arts> create a new folder and name it Mods>open the Mods folder and create a folder inside of it named Packages. If you're still having trouble, you may not have installed the mod right. This can be done by right-clicking the file and selecting Extract Here. Be sure you have resource.cfg in your Mods folder, and make sure you're installing NRAAS into your Packages folder. Also make sure that the folders are in the right place and spelled right, I'm 99% sure capitalization is important, my game kept crashing until I realized I wrote mods instead of Mods. I'm not sure why, but I had trouble using mods with windows 10 one drive, so I had to disable it.
